He confident and know best on what he does for living. With the
mechanic/owner with 18+yrs experiences is a plus for this shop.
He take care of my car just like his own. He knows and remembers
all my car problems....what a good mechanic. Great job and thump
up for you Quang." didyouknow - 9/9/09
"I have my car service at Ivy Valero last month. The owner
Quang is an honest and friendly mechanic that I ever met. His
service is excellent. My 4 runner running at it best now. I love
it. He save me lots...of money. I can drop off the car in the
morning. They drop me off at work. They pick me up to get my car
when it done in the afternoon. What a wonderful service!"

FROM
YELP.COM
"Thump up for you Quang. I would recommend Quang to
service your car. I have all 3 cars service at his shop for the
last 3 years...they run like a charm. Good customer service
skills. Courtesy pick up and drop off is a plus for this shop.
My friends and relative also come here for car service. They all
love the positive attitude that Quang has. He is honest and
would advice you what need to be done on your car and what can
be wait until you have money to do it. He is the best. Good luck
with the new location in El Camino Sunnyvale." Robert C.,
Sunnyvale - 9/9/09
"Quang is great. He's honest, he's very good at cars as
are his employees, he gives you rides to work, and he's priced
fairly. I don't care about the plastic chairs - he gets 5 stars
from me because finding a Service Station that doesn't try to
overdo it is so rare. And I agree - please go there so he's
around until retirement age ( a long time indeed).
BTW - He's worked on my Jeep and my Miata and is equally
proficient at both." Tom M., San Jose - 3/25/09
"So all up and down Mathilda and on El Camino you have lots
of service-type stations. And since I live on a 12% grade hill
in San Francisco, performing my own auto service is out of the
question. So I strolled one day into this service station to
have my oil changed and I've been quite happy with the service.
The service manager (Quang Nguyen) worked at a Mazda dealership
prior to coming here, and since I drive a Mazda, this provides
some comfort to me. He seems like the kind of honest,
hard-working guy that you'd want touching your car, although to
this point I've just had lube jobs done. I bring my oil filter
and I'm out the door for about $22 - a more than fair price,
considering I've never had to wait. And when you go here, you
don't get the pressure/lecture on everything that you 'need
fixed' when there's nothing wrong (JIFFY LUBE, OH HOW ANNOY ME
FOR THIS EVERY TIME). I'm hoping to get my 30k service done in a
few months when that interval comes up.
They lose a star because there's really no "waiting area" per
se, unless you count the plastic chairs on the side of the
service station facing the fueling area. This isn't really an
inconvenience though, since this service station is on the
perimeter of a plaza that has no fewer than three coffee shops,
including a Starbucks - and I'd rather hang out there anyways.
So in summary: Go here. Now. Give the man some business so I can
make sure he's around long enough into the future that I don't
need to find another mechanic again." Joe K., San Francisco -

"Fast, friendly, convenient location...& paid only $20 for
my oil change =]" MS B, Sunnyvale - 2/25/09
